There was a one or two day set back with a slight delay in setting up a new testing api on the blockchain dev side, the internal goal with the devs is to have it finished on the 15th, but it may be a couple days after that. But as mentioned in the original announcement, the last day given in the eta is the 20th. We are working to have it released earlier than that, but this gives us a little wiggle room.
